Atunement is a 50% chance. Atuning weapons in onslaught was also always 50%.

I understand attunement is not 100%, but I'm experiencing something similar with onslaught attunement. I, no kidding, played two hours with blast furnace attuned and only received one. Received 2 lunas howls and a bunch of other weapons. I was so confused I went back to the tower to make sure I was correctly attuned. I was. Its honestly ridiculous. With everything thats happening with perk weighting, I cannot take the rng of this game seriously. Every time I come back, theres just more bullshit to contend with.

it only gives you a higher chance of getting the perk the exotic glass item wont always have the perk

I think it just increases the chance by 60% or 80% not 100%

I attuned for spirit of star eaters on my warlock, i got triple back to back to back spirit of starfire rolls LOL, it wasnt until i started buying them from xur that i actually got star eaters roll

Attunement doesn't guarantee that the attuned perk will appear, it just increases the chance that the attuned perk will appear. Just bad luck, unfortunately
